Hello! Sorry I am a bit late – it’s been one of those weekends and now it’s turning into one of those days! Anyone got snow? This time last week I was basking in the London sunshine filling my face with Laduree macaroons and now it’s -2 outside. Crazy.
So, meal planning. Well I’m still on the diet, kinda. I’m taking my foot off the throttle a bit now as I’ve lost 17lbs in total and a few ounces is still dropping off here and there but trying to be good through the day so I can enjoy a few treats through the week. Therefore I’ll be eating some of the meals listed below with the family but mine might be tweaked a little.
Fish, chips and peas
Crispy chilli broccoli and beef
Chicken caesar salad
Quesadillas, rice and salad
Fish’n’chips is at my sons request – we went out for lunch yesterday to one of our favourite local pubs and he always has the fish and chips. They had a special Mothers Day menu on so alas no fish and he was mega upset so I promised it to him today. I’m not having the pizza either, I’ll be at the cinema with my friend and my dinner will be popcorn…
