Meal Planning Monday (20th May 2013)

Coming soon….I’m on a school trip! Had a busy weekend with birthday parties all over the shop and today I’m helping out in Year 2 (for my sins!). I’ll be back later with full update but in the meantime wanted to get the Linky up for you guys!

*UPDATED*

So I wasn’t great at coming back to this yesterday – what a day! Anyhow, thanks to all those who linked up despite my absence – you’re all fabulous meal planners!  So, my meal plan…

It’s a bit of a weird week this week as there’s lots to do including a child’s birthday and we have an inset day on Friday so we get to start our half-term holidays early. The word of the week when it comes to meal planning this week is EASY.

Salad & baguettes & picky bits
Pizza
Vegetable moussaka
Vegetable biryani & samosas
Fish’n’chips

Gosh, you’d be forgiven for thinking I’m almost a vegetarian! I’m not, but I do enjoy vegetable-based meals. Do you like how technical my “picky bits” is? This covers a multitude of sins like scotch eggs, pork pie, olives…whatever is lurking in the fridge or cupboard really.  The best thing about this meal plan? The fish’n’chips will be by the sea!

By now the majority of you will have seen the Linky below and linked up. I’m sorry for my uselessness – I must get better and more organised!

Thanks for joining in, see you all next week!
