I was struggling on inspiration for meals this week, so I turned to my Pinterest boards as I am forever saving things there and never going back to them. The result is tasty but not too healthy! Oh well. I planned to lose lots of weight this year before my two big holidays but I struggle to give up nice food – think I’m going to just have to try moving more!
Last week we got 38 people joining in with meal planning which was 3 more than the previous week! We’ve also had more joiners on the Facebook group which is great. I love looking through everyone’s plans.

Creamy blue cheese pasta
Roast chicken & trimmings
Soup & baguettes
I’m not sure what the soup will be yet, it will be homemade though and will no doubt depend on what is left lurking in the fridge near the end of the week! Could be blue cheese could be chicken!
