Meal Planning Monday (30th June 2014)

Good morning and welcome to the last #mealplanningmonday of June! The year is just flying by isn’t it? Only three more weeks before school ends for the summer holidays. (If you’re in Scotland, you’re probably reading this in bed…)

Hope you all had a good weekend? What did you get up to? I spent it at the fabulous Festival of Speed at Goodwood and it was so warm and sunny all weekend, it was a fab camping trip. I’ll be blogging about the trip later this week. I’ve seen the weather forecast for this week and it’s not looking too shabby so I expect will be doing a lot of al fresco eating this week, though I am not really feeling BBQs at the moment.

Here’s what our meal plan looks like this week;

Ooh I actually can’t wait to eat most of that this week. I am also going out for tapas and cocktails one night so will probably make a macaroni cheese for the family.

Okay, over to you! Let’s see what you have got on the menu this week.

  1. My first link up to meal planning Monday. Looking forward to getting lots of inspiration. The chilli beef & broc stir fry sounds amazing 🙂
