Meal Planning Monday (21st July 2014)

Good afternoon and welcome to #mealplanningmonday! Sorry for the lateness of the post, we’re on the first day of the school holidays today so all routine has gone out of the window.  Just back from a friends house and now ready to get on with the meal planning!

I’m still at work through the summer so some form of meal planning needs to occur. This week isn’t actually too crazy. I thought it would be worse. I was merrily planning our trip to Camp Bestival before Mr M pointed out it was in fact TWO weeks ago and not one. Such a dufus. Oh well, it does mean I have a little bit more spare time this week as I had told everyone we were busy!

So here is the plan;

My Chinese-inspired meal is yet to be decided. It’s going to come from one of the gazillions of recipes I have pinned on Pinterest though!

Okay, over to you! Let’s see what you have got on the menu this week.  If you are a newcomer to my blog and Meal Planning Monday (and you might well be if you’ve seen me pimping it out this week!) then the idea is simple. Read more about Meal Planning Monday HERE.  All you have to do to join in is write a blog post about your meal plans for the week and add it to the Linky below. No blog? No matter! We’ve also got a great Pinterest board going on.

  1. This is such a good idea, I’m a student so i don’t do much planning into what I’m eating – It’s usually what I can make and what i have in the cupboards. I’d really like to plan waay more with what i eat!
