Sorry sorry sorry! I am so far behind with blogging right now, it’s untrue, but I am here now! Happy December people – you may now start feeling festive and Christmassy! I’ve seen a massive influx of trees on Facebook last week, what is with that? It’s way too early for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas and I love my decorations – my house looks like Santa’s grotto but I can’t abide them for too long so they go up around the 15th December and they’ll be down before New Year. Bah humbug.
Now it’s December 1st I can officially break my self-imposed mince pie ban. I hold out every year or else I would just eat too many. I enjoyed my first one of the season this morning with some extra thick cream. Yum.
I went to the supermarket this morning and shopped for the week – this is the most organised I have been in weeks. Here goes;
Lasagne and chips (carbs and carbs?)
Five cheese tortellini, garlic bread and salad
Pizza (goats cheese and vegetable)
Steak & Stilton ciabattas
Roast pork and trimmings
And one night I am out for my first Christmas dinner of December – can’t wait!
