What We Ate in 2014

I did one of these posts last year (you can see it here) and even though I haven’t done as much food blogging as I would have liked in 2014, I thought I’d share¬†my Top 3 recipes of 2014.

First is the Easy Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas recipe I posted back in February. This is a-mazing and has become a firm family favourite. Definitely worth a try if you enjoy American Tex-Mex style food.

Next up, these Chocolate Orange Brownies were so moist and gooey – perfect. SO loaded with chocolate and calories but meh, they were delish. Chocolate and orange has to be one of the best flavour combos ever doesn’t it?

Finally this Curried Parsnip Soup came about as part of a collaboration with Unilever but I was so pleased with it having never had parsnip soup before! It came out really was, was so tasty and the curry flavour just added a nice amount of oomph and warmth.

If you’d like to share your Top 3 recipes for 2014, leave a comment below and I’ll be sure to stop by and check them out!
