Good morning! Yet again we’re starting Monday with glorious sunshine, it’s not a bad way to start a week is it?
Hope you all had a lovely weekend? If you’re a parent there’s a good chance you’ve started the Easter Holidays like us. It’s all fun and games here, I have two children in the house whilst I try and work every day from 9-3pm. Can’t be avoided though, it’s only my 3rd working week so can’t really take any time off. Luckily I have GEMS of children who will happily sit for hours playing Lego or crafting and I should be able to get everything done that needs to be done.
Meal planning is still a bit sporadic. I’ve really not got into the groove yet of having no time during the week to go grocery shopping – I need to get more organised and start scheduling in an online delivery. Anyhow, I am still on a diet (8.5lbs now, slowing down but still going in the right direction…) so I may not be having all of this but the family will!

Trying to encourage the children into more curry eating as I love a curry. My daughter will eat a korma or a tikka but the boy is still wary so we’re easing him in slowly. He’s naturally a very fussy eater so these things take time but he normally gets there in the end!
