Yes, I am REALLY late in the day and yes, I totally missed last week – though in my defence, there was a meal plan, I just never got around to writing it up. Blogging has totally just fallen by the wayside the past few weeks so I am spending this evening trying to catch up on blogging and general life admin!

As I say, meal planning has continued and here’s what is planned this week:

Beefburgers topped with Stilton
Salmon en croute
Chicken caesar salad
An absolutely crazy simple week for which I make no apology!
