Meal Planning Monday (15th February 2016)

Yes, I am REALLY late in the day and yes, I totally missed last week – though in my defence, there was a meal plan, I just never got around to writing it up.  Blogging has totally just fallen by the wayside the past few weeks so I am spending this evening trying to catch up on blogging and general life admin!

How are you all? Sorry I’ve missed your posts 🙁 I feel like a bad blogger.

As I say, meal planning has continued and here’s what is planned this week:

Sausage, mash and giant Yorkshire puddings
Teriyaki chicken and rice
Chilli con carne
Beefburgers topped with Stilton
Salmon en croute
Chicken caesar salad

An absolutely crazy simple week for which I make no apology!

What is on your meal plan this week?

If you’re new… If you’re here because you’ve just stumbled across my blog today on Facebook or Twitter and you want to join in with Meal Planning Monday then jump right in – the more the merrier! The idea is simple – just write a blog post about your meal plans for the week and share by adding it to the Linky Tool widget below my signature. If you don’t have a blog it’s not a problem, just leave a comment telling us what you are eating.

Don’t forget to use the hashtag #mealplanningmonday on Twitter and I’ll Retweet as many as I can!

Thanks everyone! I’m still catching up on commenting….and I solemnly promise to be on time next week, if only because I feel super-sad about myself when I fail.

Look forward to catching up with you and your blogs this week!

  1. Welcome back – I missed last week so hadn’t spotted your absence – hope you manage to have a good catch up! My blog is very neglected this year, I spend all day now on PC at work so when I get home I don’t want to go near it!!

Love your whole weeks food though salmon en croute is definitely my favourite dish!

  2. Missed you last week – but that’s probably a good thing as I have got too much inspiration and not enough weeks (I said one new thing a month and we are verging on one a week – THANK YOU) Teriyaki chicken sounds good although I fear the children might call it Teriyukky chicken!
