I have been literally the World’s Worst Blogger recently. Despite having a ton of things to blog and all good intentions – my mojo has just upped and disappeared in February. We’ve been pretty busy decorating all the upstairs bedrooms which has meant some SERIOUS decluttering has had to take place, and that, coupled with work has meant by the time evening – and my blogging spot – comes around, there’s not much oomph left in me.
Other than to catch up with Nashville – has anyone seen this? I am late to the party with this but I am binge-watching and totally hooked. It definitely indulges my love of trashy country music.
What else has been going on? OH YES. Do you remember those soul-sucking exams I took in late 2015? Well I only went and freaking passed them and despite feeling like I sucked on my assignments (I did just scrape through) I managed to do better in my exams and managed to pass the entire diploma with a Credit. Go me!
Oh, and I got a kitten. Slightly less work than a toddler but trying all the same.
I’m really hope to regain my mojo, I have still been cooking and meal planning and want to do more but energy levels are low. I really need to lose weight and get more active, I don’t think this is helping my sloth-like existence right now.

Jacket potatoes with chicken kiev and salad
Chilli con carne with rice and tortilla chips
Salmon en croute with baby potatoes and peas
Pizzas and salad
Sausage, mash and Yorkshire puds
There you go. Not the most exciting or inspiration of meal plans but it’s a meal plan all the same!
